# How do I record progress?

**Marking progress:** Once you're at the skill tree, you can click on a skill to unlock other skills. This is self-paced which means you can click through as many as you'd like, but we recommend finishing a skill before clicking the skill. 

You can click on a box to indicate completion (fills box with color and unlocks next level). Clicking again on a completed box will remove the completion indicator (unfill the box).
